Can I cancel my order IF I REGRET Or For Other Reasons?
To ensure quality control, we dispatch all orders within 24 hours of purchase. As items involve multi-city coordination and factory preparation, cancellation rights are strictly limited to the first 24 hours post-purchase
Can I try on my new shoes?
We recommend being extra careful when trying on your new shoes.
If you decide you want to return your purchase, the shoes must be unused and in their original packaging with the Laced authentication tag still intact. If they’re damaged while trying on, your return and refund may be rejected.
What happens after I've placed my order?
Once your order is placed, the factory will dispatch your items within 3-7 business days. We’ll check everything carefully before shipment to ensure quality. If any issues are found, we’ll contact you right away. We guarantee the quality of every order

Typically, it takes around a month from placing an order to delivery.

Shipping costs vary by country. We calculate fees based on package volume and weight, charging exactly what’s calculated – no hidden fees

Certainly! Utilizing your established freight forwarder is ideal. If you have a preferred partner we’ll coordinate directly; otherwise, our logistics team will recommend vetted providers to ensure seamless operations.”
